Butter, garlic, lemon and little bit of soy sauce. It could not go wrong. What an aroma. Eat the shrimp with your hands.

sunchoke soup

I had a nice Jerusalem artichoke soup at a local restaurant. I learned that Jerusalem artichokes are also called sunchokes, which are sold at my local grocery.

So I made my version of the soup at home. Nice and sweet. Yum!
